STRAND THEATER

The Strand Theater was originally built in 1918 and was due for necessary improvements. The most significant aspect of this project was to return the elegance and grandeur to the front façade of this Historical building. To do this we removed, replicated then replaced the entire front façade with GFRP fiberglass reinforced molded panels and installed a new flashing marquee. The interior work included code and safety upgrades, code compliant handicap accessible restrooms, installation of state of the art heating/AC system. Construction of a new stage and green room improvements were also completed.
