Fields Corner Shopping Center project consisted of the re-construction of a 310 car parking lot/truck loading area as well as the demolition/replacement of the building façade and sidewalk canopy. During construction the shopping center was fully operational. Since the site was formerly a rail yard, work also included demolition of existing railroad tie planters, guardrails and site lighting. New planting beds were constructed, decorative fencing was installed around the perimeter of the lot and 11,000 square yards of asphalt and striping was placed after updated site lighting and duct banks were installed.
